Bring your syllabus, notes, slides or readings into one course workspace, and Examo organises them into a connected learning experience. Instead of sorting files or writing prompt after prompt to get a useful explanation or question, you can move between detailed summaries, visual explanations, mind maps, flashcards, exam-style practice and course-grounded help from Loki. These are not formats for their own sake. Each supports a familiar learning action: understand, recall, apply or review.

Examo does not try to reinvent methods that work. It improves how important material is structured, sequenced and presented so relationships are easier to see and practice is easier to begin. That can save time both in preparing to study and in working through a difficult topic, compared with piecing together the process from a textbook and separate tools. AI has defined tasks and course context, but generated details should still be checked against the original material. Examo is not a shortcut around studying or a guarantee of grades. Students still do the learning.

Examo gives you a faster route through the work, not a way around it. Organising material saves preparation time, but clearer explanations, visual relationships and purposeful practice can also make difficult topics easier to work through. Examo uses established study methods and adapts their presentation to your course. You still do the understanding, recall, application and verification. It does not simply shorten your material or generate a generic answer.

Not necessarily. Examo summaries are designed to reorganise course material into a clearer structure while preserving the explanations and relationships needed to understand it. Their purpose is to make the material easier to learn and connect it with recall and practice, not simply make it shorter.

Yes. Examo has a free tier and does not require a credit card. Within the displayed monthly limits, Free users can create courses, use Loki for text tutoring and read-only course help, build manual study tools, practise questions, and preview shared courses. Agentic creation is a Pro feature, and Free users see that boundary before an action can run.

Free includes course creation with monthly AI limits, manual summaries and study tools, Loki text tutoring, practice questions, a short lecture-capture trial, and previews of shared courses. Pro adds eligible paid tools, including confirmed Loki actions for presentations, Excel study workbooks and revision plans, plus audio summaries, Loki calls, a larger included lecture-recording allowance, Essay Assistance, Presentation Studio, mock-exam creation, every available section of shared courses, and higher usage limits.

Lecture recording is limited to the allowance included with the plan; extra recording allowance is not sold separately. Choose Upgrade inside Examo to see current weekly, monthly, and annual totals; Stripe confirms the final amount before payment.

Examo helps you understand the course, strengthen recall and practise applying what you know. When suitable assessment material is available, new practice can also reflect the format, structure and supported recurring patterns of your assessment.

Exam format describes the response required, such as multiple choice, calculations, essays or case analysis. Exam structure describes how the assessment is organised, including its sections, question counts, marks and time limits. Exam patterns are recurring characteristics supported by available assessment material, such as frequently tested topics, command words, difficulty changes and question styles. Examo treats these as separate pieces of information.

No. Examo can identify supported characteristics in the course and assessment materials you provide, but it cannot guarantee or predict the exact questions that will appear. Your current syllabus, instructor guidance and official assessment information remain the final authority.

Yes. Examo can organise course-grounded ideas into useful outlines and starting structures for presentations and written work. These are designed to help you begin and develop your own work, not replace review, judgement, original input or your institution's academic rules.

Examo is designed for course material across STEM, humanities, business, law, medicine, and social sciences, with math and LaTeX rendering for technical content. Results depend on source quality and subject complexity, so specialist notation, legal or medical details, and assessment instructions should be verified against the original course material.

Create a free account and name your course. Then add lecture notes, readings, recordings, or a textbook inside it. Your summaries, practice questions, and Loki help stay together in that course.

Yes. A course can be shared directly without making it public. It will not appear in Examo search, but anyone who receives the link can open its shared preview, subject to the access available on their plan. If you choose to make the course public, it may appear when other Examo users search for its course, subject or topic after approval.

Share only material you have permission to distribute. Each learner keeps their own study progress.

Your dashboard and account data require sign-in. If you create a private course share link, anyone who has it can access the shared preview, so a private link does not mean password-protected. The course will not appear in Examo search unless you make it public and it is approved for discovery.

Generated features process selected material through service providers as described in the Privacy Policy. Read that policy before uploading sensitive material, and use Settings to manage or delete your account data.

Examo is a web application available through modern browsers worldwide. It supports university-level study across subjects, curricula, and countries.

Yes. Most browsers can install Examo as an app shortcut. On iPhone or iPad, open Examo in Safari and choose Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome's Add to Home screen or Install app option. On desktop Chrome or Edge, use the install icon in the address bar or the browser's install option. Examo will open from your home screen, dock, or app launcher while continuing to use the web app.

Open Examo Settings and use the account-deletion control. Deletion is irreversible and can remove courses you own, which may also remove access for people you shared them with. Some payment, tax, fraud-prevention, security, and legal records may be retained for the period required by law or legitimate operational need. Read the Privacy Policy for the categories, retention rules, international transfers, and data-protection rights that apply to your account.
